Do I need an EICR?

Private landlords in England must have one at least every five years. Homeowners are advised to have one roughly every ten years, and when buying a property.

How long does a rewire take?

A typical three-bedroom house takes five to eight working days. We work room by room, so you can usually stay in the property.

Will I get a fixed price?

Yes. You get a written quote after a free survey, and the price only changes if you ask us to add work.

Is your work certified?

Every job is tested and signed off, and you receive the right certificate for it. Keep it somewhere safe, because a buyer or insurer may ask for it.

Power out or sparking sockets?
